BPI is currently seeking a Painting Associate to support operations in our Millwork facility. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the painting department, helping to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency in all finishing processes.

What You'll Do

  • Organize tickets and products at the start of the day to streamline production and ensure quality control.
  • Hold yourself and your team accountable for quality, inventory management, and meeting production goals.
  • Replenish supplies at the beginning and end of each shift to optimize efficiency.
  • Stain and paint doors and millwork according to customer specifications.
  • Read and interpret work orders to accurately complete tasks.
  • Use scanners to track and receive materials in and out of the shop.
  • Move products throughout the shop and warehouse as needed.
  • Package finished goods with care and precision.
  • Perform paint gun cleaning and routine paint booth maintenance.
  • Participate in all aspects of the pre-finish department, with openness to cross-train in various tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to safely lift and handle doors and other materials weighing between 50–75 lbs.
  • Comfortable with physically demanding tasks that involve reaching, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Previous painting and/or millwork experience is preferred.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment testing is required.
