SEASONAL GENERAL LABORER – WAREHOUSE

Position Overview
BPI is currently hiring Seasonal General Laborers to support warehouse operations during our peak summer season in Elk River, Minnesota. This temporary position assists with warehouse organization, product staging, loading support, inventory movement, and general facility upkeep.
This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, working as part of a team, and contributing to a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Seasonal employment is anticipated to run from approximately June through mid-August based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with order picking, product staging, and preparing materials for customer deliveries
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse manually or with warehouse equipment as assigned
• Support warehouse staff with organizing inventory and maintaining accurate product placement
• Band, wrap, and secure products to ensure safe transportation and storage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse and yard areas
• Assist with replenishing stock and general warehouse labor tasks
• Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and warehouse policies
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and leadership to support daily operations
Skills & Qualifications
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and contribute positively to a team environment
